Meet Carrie
Carrie Grajczyk is a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping people feel informed, supported, and confident in their health. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Carrie brings a broad clinical background in emergency care, ambulatory care, endoscopy, health optimization, and medical education. She completed her Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner program through Athabasca University in 2025.
Carrie has a particular passion for hormone health and supporting patients through the changes that occur throughout adulthood. She takes a personalized, evidence-informed approach to care, with an emphasis on prevention, health education, and creating a trusting relationship with every patient.
Carrie also believes in practicing what she promotes. She values her own health and fitness and enjoys staying active and making wellness a priority. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys life with her husband and two sons and can often be found cheering from the sidelines at hockey rinks and golf courses, or enjoying time outdoors with her family.
