Meet Lisa

With almost 20 years of experience in healthcare, Lisa brings a broad and diverse clinical background to primary care. As a Nurse Practitioner, Lisa has four years of experience, including one year specializing in women’s health and three years providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

Her areas of special interest include mental health, preventative care, women’s health, pre/post-natal care, and adolescent/youth health. She is passionate about supporting patients through all stages of life and has pursued additional education and training in these areas. In addition, she brings 9 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care. She also spent five years as a Kinesiologist in cardiac rehabilitation, developing a strong foundation in health promotion, chronic disease management, exercise, and preventative care.

Lisa takes a patient-centred and collaborative approach to healthcare, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, priorities, and goals to their care. She believes in working alongside patients to understand their concerns, provide evidence-informed guidance, and develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for them. She welcomes patients of all ages and is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care in a supportive and respectful environment.
